Use your private access link and the complete FastSpring order reference from your receipt. A public Genesis Number is not proof of ownership.

Check your original delivery email, saved link, or Personal Vault on the device used for checkout. If these are unavailable, keep your complete FastSpring receipt for a manual ownership review. Do not post your access key or receipt publicly. A Genesis Number alone cannot recover a Pass.
